Crisis Logistics Command (CLC) is the Pacific’s dedicated emergency logistics and humanitarian response division — pre-positioned, federally coordinated, and operationally ready.
Crisis Logistics Command was established with a singular recognition: the Pacific is vulnerable, and Hawaii’s island geography makes traditional emergency response models insufficient. When disaster strikes — hurricane, wildfire, tsunami, supply chain collapse, or humanitarian crisis — the response cannot begin with a phone call to the mainland. It must begin with operators already on the ground, already trained, already networked into the communities they serve.
Crisis Logistics Command is that organization. Built on fifteen years of Hawaii operational experience and the federal contracting infrastructure of We Do Logistics, CLC provides rapid-deployment emergency logistics capabilities across the Hawaiian Islands and the broader Pacific Basin.
Pre-positioned across the Hawaiian Islands. CLC can deploy warehousing, manpower, and logistics support within 24–72 hours of a triggering event.
Established warehousing infrastructure across multiple Hawaiian Islands for emergency material staging, supply stockpiling, and distribution coordination.
Trained crews available for immediate deployment. CLC’s manpower network can scale rapidly to meet the demands of large-scale emergency operations.
Direct operational capability across all major Hawaiian Islands, coordinated with Young Brothers inter-island freight and established island-to-island logistics networks.
CLC operates in coordination with federal emergency management agencies, State of Hawaii emergency management offices, and military commands at installations across Hawaii.
We Do Logistics and Crisis Logistics Command have executed natural disaster response deployments across the State of Hawaii, providing logistics support to affected communities when it matters most.
"In 2023, when the Maui wildfires devastated Lahaina and surrounding communities, We Do Logistics and Crisis Logistics Command activated to support displaced families and coordinate emergency relocation logistics across the island. This was not a government contract. It was a community commitment. That is what Crisis Logistics Command was built for."
